What are the will call rules?
The Will Call window will be in the Third Avenue lobby. A sign will tell customers which line to stand in to pick up their Will Call tickets. Will Call tickets may be picked up the day they are for. The customer must have the actual credit card the order was placed on, a picture ID, and confirmation number.
What are the parking options at Minneapolis Institute of Arts?
Please plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to your ticketed time to allow ample time for parking and check-in. A free covered parking ramp, surface lots and off-street parking are available near the museum. Handicap parking is available in the 3rd Avenue ramp.
Is there accessible seating?
All areas of the museum are accessible. Wheelchairs area available inside the main entrance to the museum. There is reserved parking for handicapped visitors in the museums parking ramp, south of the Third Avenue entrance.
