Directions:

From the NORTH:
* I35E South to 10th/Wacouta Street exit. Go right on 10th Street or straight on Wacouta. Look for parking as you exit the freeway, as you are only a 5-10 minute walk from Xcel Energy Center.

From the SOUTH:
* I35E North to Randolph Avenue exit. Go right on Randolph Avenue, the left on 7th Street. After you cross Grand Avenue, look for parking, as you are only a 5-10 minute walk from Xcel Energy Center.

* Hwy 52 North to 7th Street exit. Turn left after you cross Wall Street and look for parking. You are only a 5-10 minute walk from Xcel Energy Center.

From the EAST:
* I94 West to Kellogg/Mounds Blvd exit. Go left on Kellogg Blvd or go straight to 7th Street, then left. After you cross Wall Street look for parking, as you are only a 5-10 minute walk from Xcel Energy Center.

From the WEST:
* I94 East to the 10th Street, 5th Street or 7th Street exit. After you take any of these exits look for parking, as you are only a 5-10 minute walk from the Xcel Energy Center.

Parking:

Two on-site ramps are available with more than 2200 parking spaces, all directly connected via climate controlled access.
-The RiverCentre ramp is situated across from RiverCentre/Xcel Energy Center with the entrance located on the south side of Kellogg Boulevard.
-The Kellogg ramp is below RiverCentre's Convention Center with the entrance located on the north side of Kellogg Boulevard.

During the NHL Season, Box Office hours are:

Will Call:

Will Call windows open 90 minutes prior to the event and will remain open through the second period for MN Wild games. Will Call is located at the Box Office at Gate 1 of the Arena. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, and purchasing credit card, if applicable. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time of pick up.

Accessible Seating:

Accomodations for those with special needs include accessible parking and drop-off areas, elevators, escalators, wheelchair accessible seating with excellent sightlines, accessible restrooms, and signers are provided upon advance request.
Assisted listening devices are available, as well as Braille and large print programs (upon request).
There is elevator access to every level of the arena.

General Rules:

Non-professional, no flash photography is allowed for Minnesota Wild games as long as you do not take pictures of in-motion game activity.
Recording devices are not allowed.
Cans, bottles, coolers and other outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Children Rules:

Children under the age of 24 months will be admitted without a ticket if held on an adult's lap. For children's shows such as The Wiggles and Dragon Tales, children 12 months and older need a ticket.

Miscellaneous:

Xcel Energy Center features numerous concession locations including 25 food stands, 18 portable kiosks, Headwaters Restaurant and Bar (located in the St. Paul Club) and the Iron Range Grill (located adjacent to Gate 4). A wide selection of food is available - ranging from pizza, hot dogs, nachos, ice cream, coffee and much more (including, of course, beer and peanuts!).
