From U.S. 20 (Illinois): Turn North (right) onto Locust Street at the stoplights coming off of the Julien Dubuque Bridge. Five Flags is five blocks on the right.

From U.S. 20 (Iowa): Turn North (left) onto Locust Street at the stoplights facing the Julien Dubuque Bridge (at the base of a long downhill drive). Five Flags is five blocks on the right.

From Hwy 52 North: Hwy 52 becomes Central Ave. in downtown Dubuque. Follow Central to 4th Street. Turn west (right) at 4th. Five Flags is two blocks up the hill on the left.

From Hwy 52 South: Take the Downtown/Locust St. exit. Five Flags is on the right past the intersection (stoplight) with US 20.

From Hwy 61 (Iowa): Turn West (left) at US 20 Interchange (stoplight). Turn right at next stoplight (yield). Five Flags is five blocks on the right.

From Hwy 61 (Wisconsin): Turn west (right) at US 20 exit. Turn right at the next stoplight (yield). Five Flags is five blocks on the right.

Accessible parking on streets around building - metered until 5:00PM

Ramp entrance half a block south of building on Main St. or a block east of building on 4th St. Exit fee is $2.00.
