From the West:• Follow US 34 east into Ottumwa.
• Take US 34 east to the Church Street/Jefferson Street Exit.
• Exit US 34 and turn left at the traffic signal onto Church Street.
• Follow Church Street under US 34 to the Bridge View Center and turn right into the Bridge View Center parking lot.
From the East:
• Follow US 34 west to Ottumwa.
• As the four-lane turns north, exit onto US 34 west (Ottumwa Exit) and follow into the city.
• Stay in the right lane when approaching the round-about and remain on US 34 east (signs will say to Albia).
• Take US 34 east to the Church Street/Jefferson Street Exit.
• Exit US 34 and turn left at 1st intersection (Church Street) and turn right into the Bridge View Center parking lot.
From the South:
• Follow US 63 north to Ottumwa.
• Take US 63 north to the US 63/34 interchange.
• Take US 34 east to the Church Street/Jefferson Street Exit.
• Exit US 34 and turn left at 1st intersection (Church Street) and turn right into the Bridge View Center parking lot.
From the North:
• Follow Business 63 south into Ottumwa.
• Take Business 63 south until you reach the US 34 intersection (5th traffic signal)
• Cross the Des Moines River and turn left onto US 34 east.
• Take US 34 east to the Church Street/Jefferson Street Exit.
• Exit US 34 and turn left at 1st intersection (Church Street) and turn right into the Bridge View Center parking lot.
