Veterans Auditorium is located south of I-235 between 3rd & 5th streets.

Parking

There are parking lots North of Veterans Auditorium. Parking is $5.00 per car. There are also city parking ramps and street parking surrounding the Auditorium.

Box Office Hours

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Types of Payment Accepted

The Box Office accepts Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. For events not held at Veterans Memorial, the Box Office accepts Cash only.

Will Call

Customers must present confirmation number and photo ID to the ticket office. On the day of the show, the ticket office will stay open until show time.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is located in the balcony section 16 for most shows. Some events have accessible seating of the floor also.

General Rules

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed.
No Laser Pointers.

Children Rules

Children under the age of two (2) are not required to have a ticket for most shows. The child must sit on an adults lap and may not use a seat.

Miscellaneous

Cameras (video and flash) are not permitted. Also, no bags or weapons. Outside food/drinks are not allowed. There are plenty of concessions available.
