Directions:

Eastern Iowa: From I-80 take Exit 141 (Hwy. 65 Bypass), travel south on Hwy. 65 to Exit 79 and head west on Hwy. 163 (E University Avenue) approximately three miles to the Fairgrounds. It is suggested that visitors enter the Fair parking lot at E 36th as a left-hand turn may not be allowed into the grounds at E 33rd at certain times.

Northern Iowa: From I-35, take I-235 to Exit 10A then head east on E University Avenue approximately four miles to the Fairgrounds.

Western Iowa: From I-235, take Exit 10A then head east on E University Avenue approximately four miles to the Fairgrounds.

Southern Iowa: From I-35, take I-235 to Exit 10A then head east on E University Avenue approximately four miles to the Fairgrounds.

Hours: Mon – Fri 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Box Office accepts Checks, Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and money order.

Will Call:

Tickets can be picked up at the Administration Building Ticket Office on the day of the performance from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Customer should have actual credit card used for purchase, picture ID, and confirmation number when picking up tickets.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating, hearing impaired, and visually impaired seating is available.
Tickets are limited to 1 attendant to 1 accessible seat.
Elevator is available in the Grandstand.
Accessible parking: located at gate #10 at East 30th & Walnut (this is the official handicapped entrance).

General Rules:

Cameras are generally not allowed.
No recording devices.
No cans, bottles, or coolers.

Children Rules:

Kids under 2 are admitted free into Grandstand when sitting on a parent's lap
(Not allowed if view from behind is blocked)

Miscellaneous:

Refunds are available only if the event is cancelled.
Ticket price does not include fair admission (Advanced tickets for fair admission are $7.00 for ages 12 & over and $3.00 for children ages 6-11. At the gate tickets are $10.00 for adults, and children ages 6-11 are $4.00 and children ages 5 and under are free.)
