Take the Russell Street exit off Interstate 29. The facility is located on the corner of Russell and West Avenue North.

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts Cash, Checks (up until ten days prior to the event), MasterCard, and Visa.

Will Call:

Customers can pick up their tickets at the will call window beginning one hour prior to the event. They must present a photo ID, the confirmation number, and the credit card used to place the order. The Box Office is located at the facility.

There is no alternate pick-up at this venue. You must have the credit card in order to receive will call tickets.

General Rules:

Generally, still cameras are allowed but video cameras are not. All recording devices are forbidden as are any glass bottles and containers.

Children Rules:

For most events, children two years of age and older must have a ticket.
