The facility is located 1 block north of Dodge on 18th and Capitol Streets, near the Doubletree Hotel.

Parking:

There is some free parking in the surrounding area. There are pay parking garages and several pay lots surrounding the area.

Box Office Hours:

Qwest Center Omaha Box Office hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Omaha Civic Auditorium Arena box office does not open until 1 1/2 hours prior to the event.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. Checks are not accepted.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets can be picked up no earlier than 1 1/2 hours prior to the performance at the Omaha Civic Auditorium Arena Box Office. Customer must present the actual credit card used for the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number. Tickets will only be given to cardholder, no alternate persons picking up tickets will be allowed.

General Rules:

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the facility. Outside food or beverage is no allowed. Omaha Civic Auditorium Arena is a smoke free facility. Patrons may be subject to security checks.

Children Rules:

For most events everyone needs a ticket. For shows intended for young audiences, please check event or call the Box Office regarding ages allowed on lap.

Miscellaneous:

Facility has full range of food products. Beverages include soda, beer, and cocktails.
