Directions:

If traveling from the South, take I-77 North. Take E. 9th St. exit. Follow signs to either E. 9th St. north or Ontario St. north to Gateway area parking. If traveling from the East, take I-90/RT.2 west. Follow signs to downtown. Remain on Rt. 2 as I-90 curves away to the left. Exit at East 9th St. Left on East 9th Street south to Gateway Park. If traveling from the West, take W. Shoreway from Lakewood. Continue across main avenue bridge. Exit right on W. 6th St. to parking area. If traveling from Ohio Turnpike from the East, exit the Ohio Turnpike at exit 10. Follow signs to I-71 North and exit north on Ontario Street. If traveling from Ohio Turnpike from the West, exit the Ohio Turnpike at exit 8A. Take I-90 east to I-71 North. I-71 North to the E. 9th Street exit. Proceed north on E. 9th Street to Gateway Area Parking.

Parking:

Parking is available directly around the ballpark. The cost is approximately $10 to $12 per vehicle. Buses can only park on Erie or Summer.

Box Office Hours:

The following hours apply to home games: Monday through Sunday - 9AM to 1/2 hour after game. The following hours apply during away games: Monday through Friday - 9AM to 5PM

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and checks are accepted until 2 hours prior to the game time at the main ticket office.

Will Call:

Tickets can be picked up at Gates A, B, and C three (3) hours prior to game time. Customers must have actual credit card, picture I.D. and confirmation number.

General Rules:

Cameras are permitted if not obstructing fans view. Recording devices are not permitted. No bottles, cans or coolers. No umbrellas. Food is permitted if brought in a plastic or paper bags and small juice boxes are allowed.

Children Rules:

Children 2 and under are admitted at no cost.
