Directions:

From East (I-90): Follow I-90 West to Route 2 West exit (174B). Follow Route 2 West to West 28th Street exit (left lane). Turn right off the exit onto West 28th Street. IMMEDIATELY under the bridge, turn right onto Washington. Go 1 block to West 25th Street. Turn right under the bridge onto West 25th Street. At the stop sign, make a hard left onto Washington. Follow Washington to Winslow. Turn left onto Winslow. Go to the Lighthouse and turn right. The Plain Dealer Pavilion is located behind The Powerhouse.

From West (I-90): Follow I-90 East to West 25th Street exit (170A). Turn left onto West 25th Street. Go 1.2 miles to Washington. Turn right onto Washington. Follow Washington to Winslow. Turn left onto Winslow. Go to the Lighthouse and turn right. The Plain Dealer Pavilion is located Behind The Powerhouse.

From South (I-77): Follow I-77 to 490 West exit (161B). Take 490 West to Exit 1A (1-71 South to Columbus). Stay in right lane. Take West 25th Street exit (245). Turn left onto West 25th Street. Follow West 25th Street 2.7 miles to Washington Street. Turn right onto Washington. Follow Washington 1/10th mile to Winslow. Turn left onto Winslow. Go to the Lighthouse and turn right. The Plain Dealer Pavilion is located behind The Powerhouse.

From South (I-71): Follow I-71 to West 25th Street exit. Follow West 25th Street 3 miles to Washington Street. Turn right onto Washington. Follow Washington 1/10th mile to Winslow. Turn left onto Winslow. Go to the Lighthouse and turn right. The Plain Dealer Pavilion is located behind The Powerhouse.

Parking:

There is parking in several lots located around the facility. It is $5.00 after 5:15 PM and $1.00 before. There is also limited street parking.

The Box Office opens at 10:00am on days of shows only.
The doors open 1 hour prior to showtime.

The box office accepts cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets may be picked up on the day of show 2 hours prior to show time. Customers must present the actual credit card used for the purchase, a picture ID and the confirmation number.

Miscellaneous:

The Plain Dealer Pavilion is located on the West Bank of the Flats. Once in the Flats, look for the big Rock Bottom Brewery sign on the Powerhouse. The Plain Dealer Pavilion will be right of the Powerhouse along the Cuyahoga River. The Plain Dealer Pavilion is within walking distance of any Flats parking lot. The great thing about The Plain Dealer Pavilion is that you can park once, then have your choice of 15 places to go before or after the show.
