Directions:

If you are traveling from the East, take I-90 to Prospect exit. Wolstein Center at CSU is between Prospect and Carnegie on E. 18th St.

If you are traveling from the West, take I-90 to E. 22nd Street exit. north on 22nd St. 1/2 mile, building is on the left.

If you are traveling from Akron, take I-77 north to 22nd St. exit. north on 22nd St. 1/2 mile. Building is on the left.

Parking:

9000 parking spaces are available within a 4 block radius of the facility. These spaces are located between E. 18th & 21st, Prospect & Carnegie Avenues.

Box Office Hours:

The hours for the Box Office are as follows:
Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Summer hours vary; call ahead.
Sat, Sun & Holiday's when there is an event, box office opens 4 hours prior to the event.
If no event, box office is closed weekends.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All credit cards require a valid photo ID.

Will Call:

Tickets may be picked up no earlier than 48 hours before the event. The customer must have the actual credit card, picture I.D. and confirmation number.

General Rules:

Cameras are not permitted unless otherwise specified. Recording devices are not permitted.

Children Rules:

Children rules vary from show to show. Please read age restrictions carefully when purchasing tickets or contact the box office if you have any questions.

The "Quiet Room" provides parents of young concert goers a convenient alternative in transporting their children to shows at the Wolstein Center at CSU. The room provides parents or guardians with a convenient place to wait so that they do not have to drive great distances back and forth to drop off and pick up their kids. The Quiet Room is free of charge, although a fee is charged for parking. Refreshments are available for purchase and newspapers and magazines are provided. To use the Quiet Room, parents enter through the administrative office entrance to the arena and are then escorted to the room. No one is allowed into the arena without a ticket, however, children are able to meet their parents at the entrance to the Quiet Room following the concert. Miscellaneous:

In honor of distinguished alumni Bert L. Wolstein, The Cleveland State University's Board of Directors are pleased to announce that the CSU Convocation Center has been renamed: "The Bert L. and Iris Wolstein Convocation Center."

The new name takes effect immediately, and for ticketing purposes will be referred to as: "Wolstein Center at Cleveland State University." All tickets previously purchased for upcoming CSU Convocation Center shows will be honored.
