The parking for the Colosseum Complex is located directly in front of the building. Overflow parking is directed to the Metra lot located 1/2 block northeast of the building. Parking for all shows, concerts, and dining and everyday enjoyment is always Free!

Public Transportation:

The Colosseum Complex is also easily accessible by train via the Mokena/Hickory Creek Station on the Rock Island District, which comes in at 9430 Hickory Creek Dr. (less than one block east of the Complex)

Will Call:

WILL CALL: (Is will call available? Where can will called tickets be picked up? How early may customers begin picking tickets up?)
Will call is available for The Pearl Room and can be picked up as early as 1 hour before the doors open for a show. Will Call tickets can only be picked up by the cardholder. Customer must present the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, a valid picture ID and the confirmation number given at time of purchase.

Accessible Seating:

Handicap seating must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance for Pearl Room Shows. Please note it is unlawful for anyone, other than those with a disability or that guest's companion, to use tickets for disabled seating locations (unless such areas have been released for general seating). Most of the facility is located on the ground floor, however the Pearl Room equipped with an elevator to access second floor and VIP areas.

General Rules:

Illegal drugs, weapons and all outside food or drink is strictly prohibited from entering the venue. Fighting and any offensive behavior to staff or other patrons can also lead to ejection from the venue. The Pearl Room adheres to a strict “no ins or outs” policy, no exceptions will be made after initial entrance to the venue has been made.
The use of metal detectors will be used for some shows and the venue reserves the right to deny access to any individual(s) that may cause harm to any patrons or staff.
If a guest does not wish to be inspected, he or she may be denied entry into the venue. Cameras are permitted by the venue but are subject to individual show rules made according to artist requests. Smoking is permitted throughout the entire Complex.
