Directions:

From Chicago and the Northern suburbs, take I-94 East to I-57 South to I-80 West to Harlem. Travel north on Harlem to 183rd. Travel east to Oak Park and travel south to First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. From the Northwestern and Western suburbs, take I-294 South to I-80 West and exit at Harlem. Travel north on Harlem to 183rd. Travel east to Oak Park and south to the facility. From the West and Joliet, take I-80 East and exit Harlem. Travel north to 183rd. Travel east to Oak Park and south to First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. From the East and Indiana, take I-80 West to I-57 South to Vollmer. Travel east to Cicero, north to Flossmoor and west to Ridgeland.From the South and Kankakee, take I-57 north to Vollmer and travel east to Cicero. Go north to Flossmoor and west to Ridgeland.

Parking:

Premier Parking is available for an additional fee. These are up front reserved parking spots with easy access to the gates. Premier Parking may be purchased at all points of purchase.

Onsales: The box office will be open from the time of the FIRST onsale for that day (usually 10am or 12pm) until 2 hours past the LAST onsale for that day.

Show Days: The box office will open at 12pm and close 30 minutes after the main act has gone on stage. Hours subject to change based upon event type.

Weekly Hours: The FMBA box office will no longer have regular hours Monday through Friday for ticket sales(unless it's a show day or onsale).

The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash.

Will Call:

Tickets can be picked up the day of the show 4 hours prior to show time. Customers must have the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.

Blankets, Extra Clothes, Food is allowed in small soft-sided coolers, small picnic baskets, or zip lock bags, One (1) factory sealed bottled water up to a liter in size, Umbrellas, Insect Repellent (non-aerosol only), Sunscreen, Small Backpacks, Non-professional and disposable cameras

Children Rules:

There are no age restrictions. Children under 2 are admitted free, but must sit on a parents lap. Parents are encouraged to use reasonable discretion as some concerts may not be suitable for children.
