Box Office Hours:
The Box Office hours vary depending on the day, but the Box Office is always open 30 minutes prior to show time.
Advance tickets are available at the Festival Office located at 30 E. Adams, Suite 800, in the Loop from 10 am to 6 pm Mondays through Fridays, and at Festival stores located at Borders Books 2817 N. Clark Street and at Borders Books 830 N. Michigan Avenue.
Types of Payment Accepted:
Theater box offices accept cash only. The Borders Festival Stores and the Cinema/Chicago Office accept both cash and credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex). No checks are accepted.
Will Call:
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Theatre Box Office where your film is playing. Call 312-332-FILM if you want to confirm where to pick up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.
Accessible Seating:
Both the Landmark Century Centre Cinema and AMC River East are wheelchair accessible.

These films are not rated. Therefore, anyone is permitted unless otherwise noted in the schedule.
