Pick up tickets one hour prior to the event. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo ID.

Tickets must be picked up at 213 West 42nd Street Box Office entrance.

Patrons requiring wheelchair accessible seats can purchase tickets:

The Foxwoods Theatre has elevators that go to the Orchestra and Flying Circle levels, though not all seats are accessible in these areas. The Balcony level has no elevator access, is not accessible with a wheelchair, and requires going up and down stairs. We highly recommend contacting the Box Office to arrange wheelchair accessible seats so that our staff can make your experience as smooth as possible.

Infrared hearing devices are also available.

General Rules

NO smoking in the theatre. Patrons may go outside during intermission.
NO food allowed into the theatre.
Camera Policy:
Cell phone use and the taking of photos or video are strictly prohibited in the theatre.

Children Rules

Everyone (including children of all ages) must have a ticket for entry. Recommended for ages 6 and older. Attendance by children 4 and under is strongly discouraged. Once in the auditorium, they and their parent/guardian may be asked to leave the auditorium by Management if they become a disturbance during the performance.
