Directions:

Take I-10 to Tucson then take I-19 South and exit West on Valencia. Go five miles and turn left into Casino Del Sol. Anselmo Valencia Tori Amphitheater (AVA) is located on the Casino Del Sol site.

Parking:

All parking is on site and available adjacent to the facility. All parking fee's are included in the price of the ticket.

Box Office Hours:

Located in the Casino of the Sun and Casino Del Sol at each locations'Club Sol Booth. The hours of Club Sol will be from 10:00am until 10:00PM daily. On event day the AVA box office will open two (2) hours before gates open. Gate times will vary depending upon the event.

Club Sol will close annually from Holy Thursday through Easter Sunday.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Cards are accepted.

Will Call:

Will call will be located at the AVA Box Office two (2) hours prior to gates opening. Customers MUST PRESENT the credit card used to place the order, a valid photo ID and have their Ticketmaster confirmation number.

Accessible Seating:

If you are attending an event with companions and/or wheelchair guests, please notify a ticket agent before you make your purchase. Please contact Club Sol about inquires for accessible seating.

No Audio or Video Recording Devices, e.g. cameras, cassettes decks or video cameras
No Laser Pens
No Umbrellas
No Parking Lot Soliciting, Vending or Distribution of Flyers.
Guests will have the opportunity upon entering AVA to return any personal property, not allowed in the venue, back to their vehicle.
Casino Del Sol reserves the right to confiscate any film or tape once the devices have been discovered.
No smoking under the reserved seating section.


Eviction Policies:
The following are cause for eviction from the Anselmo Valencia Tori Amphitheater (AVA):

Offensive, profane and threatening language to other guests.
Possession of any unauthorized banners or signs
Possession of any illegal substance
Possession of firearms, knives (with or without sheath), horns, air horns, whistles, other irregular sound devises. Bars, sticks, clubs, poles over 20” long, sling shots, beach balls, Frisbees, skateboards, roller skates, live pets (including all animals and reptiles except seeing eye or hearing dogs) or any object which obstructs the view of any guest.
Failure to wear shoes, flip flops, sandals or other protective foot coverings.
Refusing to move from an area or seat for which the guest does not have access to. Such as tickets permitting access into private VIP boxes, etc.
Intentional entry into a restroom of the opposite gender.
Casino Del Sol reserves the right to search anyone entering AVA. Anyone with bags, purses, backpacks, etc. will be asked to reveal its contents. Anyone who dose not comply will be denied entrance to AVA.
Anyone found with any audio or video devices in the venue will have the personal property confiscated and the property will not be returned or they will be given the opportunity to leave AVA with their property immediately.

The venue recommends that you arrive at least 1 ½ hours before show time to avoid lines to get in.

Children Rules:

Children under the age of two do not require a ticket provided that they will not require a seat.

SEARCH POLICY:
For purposes of public safety and effective crowd management, the facility, at its discretion, will conduct a search of guests attending an event. The magnitude and intensity of the search will depend upon the type of event and the nature of the crowd attending.

CAUSES FOR EVICTION FROM AVA AMPHITHEATER:

Offensive or profane language and threatening language to other guests.

Possession of any unauthorized banners or signs.

Possession of bottles, cans, squirt bottles or containers not permitted in the venue.

Possession of stolen tickets.

Fighting or threatening to fight.

Failure to wear shoes, flip flops, sandals or other protective foot covering.

Intentional entry into a restroom of the opposite gender.
