RAIL RIDE EVENT: When you purchase a ticket to an event at US Airways Center, you can ride METRO light rail at no additional cost for fours hours prior to the start of the event, through the end of the transit day. Will Call- Taquilla:

The WILL CALL windows open two hours prior to events and are located on the Northwest side of the building at Phoenix Suns Plaza.
WILL CALL PICK-UP:
The US Airways Center requires that customers picking up WILL CALL tickets furnish the following:
1) PICTURE IDENTIFICATION THAT MATCHES THE PICK-UP NAME
2) CONFIRMATION NUMBER THAT MATCHES THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

ALTERNATE WILL CALL PICK-UP:
If another person, other than the person ordering and paying for the tickets, is picking up a WILL CALL order, the ALTERNATE PICK-UP name MUST be on the account. To get the alternate pick-up name noted on the account, the original purchaser MUST contact Ticketmaster at (1-800-745-3000), ask for customer service, verify account information and request alternate pick-up.

Sealed water bottles (1 litre or smaller) allowed in building. No other outside concessions allowed. No pets other than "assisting" animals.

The US Airways Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking areas outside building are available, depending on event.

NON professional cameras only (depending on event).
No laser pointers.
No video cameras allowed.
No recorders allowed.

Some events will require all attendees regardless of age to present a ticket for entry in to the US Airways Center. Please check the events ticket policies at the time of purchase.

Children age three (3) and above require a ticket for Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Phoenix Roadrunners and Arizona Rattlers games.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS:

The ticket purchaser is solely responsible for the tickets purchased.

TICKETS PURCHASED AT THE US AIRWAYS CENTER:Please contact the US Airways Center at (602)379-7800.
The US Airways Center will verify your ticket purchase information. Once the information has been verified, the US Airways Center will duplicate the tickets in the form of a written pass and the customer will be charged the face value of the pass. One (1) duplicate pass will be valid for multiple tickets if necessary. Payment will be due upon receipt of the duplicate pass.

TICKETS PURCHASED AT TICKETMASTER PHONES & ONLINE:
Please call (800) 745-3000 and
ask for Customer Service. The Customer Service
agent will collect information for Ticketmaster
to verify your ticket purchase and supply the
information to the US Airways Center Box Office.
Once the information has been verified by the US Airways Center, they will duplicate the tickets in the
form of a written pass to be picked up at the Box
Office for which the building will charge the customer the face value of the tickets. One (1) duplicate pass will be valid for multiple tickets if necessary. Payment will be due upon receipt of the duplicate pass at the US Airways Center.
