Directions:

Cricket Wireless Pavilion is located west of downtown
Phoenix, off Interstate 10. Exit off I-10 at 75th, 83rd ave or the HOV 79th. Turn right/north, the venue is approximately 1/2 mile north of Interstate 10 between 79th and 83rd Avenues.

Parking:

For most shows, general parking is included in the price of your ticket. The parking lots typically open 2 hours prior to the stated show time.

Premier Parking: $20.00 Per Vehicle

Cricket Wireless Pavilion is now offering PREMIER PARKING for all events. Premier Parking is $20 per CAR, and $40 for Buses, Limos, and RV's. Enter the Premier Parking Lot from 79th Ave.

YOUR PREMIER PARKING SPACE WILL BE HELD FOR YOU UP UNTIL THE START OF THE SHOW. YOUR SPACE WILL BE CLOSE TO THE FRONT GATE NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU GET TO THE PAVILION PRIOR TO SHOW TIME. PREMIER PARKING SPACES ARE HELD UNTIL THE ADVERTISED SHOW TIME AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER THE EVENT STARTS.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Box Office Accepts CASH, VISA, MC, AMX. The Box Office has a $4.75 service charge for all reserved seats, and a $3.50-$4.75 service charge on LAWN seating.

Will Call:

ALL WILL CALL (Band / Media / Radio Station / Ticketmaster) will be located at the WEST Box Office ONLY! The West Box Office is located closer to the 83rd Ave. entrance - look for the BLUE signs!
Please have a PHOTO ID, the CREDIT CARD the tickets were purchased on, and your CONFIRMATION number.

**Skip the line at the box office! Utilize self-serve Ticketmaster Will Call Kiosks located just outside the box office at the west entrance. Simply insert the credit card used for your purchase and print your own tickets with ease and no extra charge! Kiosks are only in operation on the day of show.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating is available in Sections 100,201,205,202,203,204. The companion seats are bolted down seats. The wheelchair seats are just a space where a wheelchair may be placed.

Limited Mobility seating is available in Sections 101,203,205, & 304. These seats are located near an aisle.

Sight and Hearing impaired seating is also available. Please call the Box Office at least 2 weeks prior to the event for any accomodations beyond seating. (602) 254-7200 ext 0.

What to Bring / What Not to Bring

We want you to bring everything you need to make your visit to Cricket Wireles Pavilion the best. Our list of items to BRING or NOT BRING are designed to be fair to everyone and meet a combination of safety goals including providing smooth access into the venue when we have large crowds. Our goal as your host is to provide an atmosphere that allows for the maximum enjoyment of the entire audience and we apologize in advance if some restrictions may cause you any inconvenience. The items below may vary from show to show, but this listing can be useful as a general guide. If a certain item (listed or unlisted) is essential to your concert enjoyment, please call our administrative offices at (602) 254-7200 on the show day for specific information on the show you plan to attend.

For most shows, the following items are allowed:

* Binoculars, Seat Cushions, Ponchos, Rain Jackets, & Sunscreen. Blankets, SMALL Umbrellas, and non-professional cameras are allowed for MOST shows.
Low Porfile Chairs (seats no higher than 9") will be allowed to be brought in for lawn seating. Low Profile lawn chairs are also available for rent onsite.
* Water: One sealed bottle of water allowed per patron. Please limit approx. 1.5 liter (50 ounce) bottles.
Snacks, Sandwiches, & other Picnic Foods are allowed through the gates (Always package in a clear one gallon plastic bag, please no coolers or picnic baskets).

What not to bring:

* Alcohol, Bottles, Coolers, Illega Drugs, Laser Pointers, Lawn Chairs with seats higher than nine (9) inches off of the ground, Pets (except service animals), Professional Cameras, Recorders (audio or video), STROLLERS and Weapons of any kind.
* With safety as a primary goal, you may be subject to search at certain events. Cricket Pavilion reserves the right to refuse admission.

Children Rules:

Children 2 & under can come in free without a ticket and sit on an adults lap.

Miscellaneous:

All shows are RAIN OR SHINE. This is an outside amphitheater with a cover over the 100 and 200 level seating. All seats are subject to weather conditions.

Smoking is not allowed in the seating, lawn or concession plazas. A designated smoking section is located in the East plaza next to the side stage.

A full concession menu is available on site. Beer, Wine, and other specialty cocktails are available with proper ID.

Most shows feature plaza entertainment prior to the main performance for those who come early.
