Estacionamiento:

Your ticket price includes parking at any New England Dodge Music Center operated parking lot. Most of the free lots are located at, behind or across from the Expo Center. Access to these lots is off of New Road. Additional lots include the Pequot Lot on Weston St. across from The Travelers. The Talcott garage is also used for well attended events and includes free shuttle service.

VIP and accessible parking are located in the Main Lot. Entrance to this lot is at the end of Savitt Way. Accessible parking is free of charge.

Motorcycle and Limousine parking are available in our Premiere Parking lot for a fee and are available for purchase on the day of show at the entrance to the main lot - cash only. Rates will vary according to event.

Premiere Parking is available for purchase in advance or on the day of the show (subject to availability) for most events at an additional charge. Premier Parking is located in the Main Lot.
Entrance to this lot is at the end of Savitt Way. Advance purchase is available through the Box Office only. Day of show purchases are at the entrance to the main lot and are cash only. Rate will
vary according to the event.

PLEASE NOTE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW - There can be no tailgating or open alcoholic beverage containers in our parking lots. Vending or distribution of fliers is prohibited in our parking lots without prior approval of facility management. The throwing of objects and open fires are a danger to all
patrons and are therefore prohibited from all of our parking lots.

ALL GUESTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENTER THE FACILITY AS SOON AS THE GATES OPEN.

The New England Dodge Music Center Box Office is located at the main gates of the facility and is open on event days only. For evening events the box office opens at 12 noon. For festival events the box office opens at 9 am. The box office remains open on event evenings until at least 1 hour after published start time for the event - later for festival events.

Tickets for New England Dodge Music Center events are available for purchase at the Chevrolet Theatre 95 South Turnpike Road, Wallingford CT 06492.

ALL EVENTS ARE RAIN OR SHINE. There are no cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather. Re-entry to the facility is not permitted.

New England Dodge Music Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited from the pavilion and all covered areas.

All patrons are subject to search prior to entering the facility gates including the use of metal detectors.

Patrons are allowed to bring in one factory sealed bottle of water (subject to artist approval).

The following items are NOT permitted: Outside food or beverages, alcohol, drugs, fireworks, weapons of any type, signs or banners, coolers, glass containers, laser pointers, animals (with the
exception of service dogs), lawn chairs or backpacks.

The use of cameras and recording equipment is prohibited by the artist. If an artist permits the use of cameras patrons are limited to small, non-professional cameras only. Professional cameras and/or digital cameras and video equipment are never allowed.

Umbrellas or blankets MAY BE prohibited depending on the event, expected attendance or artist request.

Specially designed lawn chairs are available for rent for a nominal fee.

Unless otherwise specified, all patrons 2 years of age and older require a ticket. For selected
events a "family friendly" area may be designated
on the lawn. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the family friendly area.

Management is not responsible for artistic content and therefore we ask that parents use their discretion when deciding whether to purchase tickets for children.

Varios:

CONCESSIONS: We offer a variety of food items at our concessions stands. Traditional event fare is offered as well as specialty items depending on the event.
Alcoholic beverages are served including a variety of
beers and specialty drinks. Concession stands accept cash only. ATMs are available once inside the facility.
Merchandise stands (t-shirts, programs and novelties) accept cash and major credit cards.
To purchase or consume alcoholic beverages, you must be at least 21 years of age. Guests will be required to show one of the following forms of ID at our wristbanding areas - Valid photo drivers license, Military photo ID or Passport. Guests between the ages of 21 and 25 will also be required to complete an age statement form in order to be issued a wrist band. Wristbands may be obtained just inside the main gates on the plaza. Wrist banded patrons who
pass off alcoholic beverages to a minor are subject to ejection and prosecution. Minors accepting alcoholic beverages from another patron are also subject to ejection and prosecution.

There are approximately 6,100 seats located in the
covered pavilion and are generally sold as reserved.
The lawn accommodates up to 18,000 people and is sold as General Admission. There are no physical seats on the lawn. There is a platform for guests with accessible needs.
The lower pavilion is comprised of 26 rows. Sections
100 and 300 begin with row A. Section 200 is the
centermost section and has 3 additional rows closest
to the stage. These additional rows are removed for
events that offer a General Admission "Pit" area. Mid and Rear pavilion sections are numbered 400 through 800 and are comprised of 27 additional rows. Double lettered rows are mid-pavilion sections and triple letter rows are rear pavilion.
