Directions:

The Chevrolet Theatre is easily accessible from I-91 or Merritt Parkway. They are located approximately 30 minutes from Hartford or 20 minutes from New Haven. Please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the show to ensure that you are seated on time.

* FROM NORTH OR SOUTH
Traveling North on I-95 proceed to New
Haven, take exit 48 for I-91. From I-91
North or South take Exit 13. At end of ramp
take a left and get in far right lane. At
first traffic light take right onto Toelles
Road. Follow to end and take a right onto
Hartford Turnpike road. We are 1.5 miles on
the left.

From the Merritt Parkway North or South
take Exit 64. At the end of the ramp, take
a left onto Hartford Turnpike road. We are
one mile up on the right.

* FROM THE EAST OR WEST
Traveling East or West on I-84 take Exit 27
for I-691 East. From I-691 take Exit 10 for
route 15 South - Merritt Parkway. Take Exit
64. At end of ramp take a left onto
Hartford Turnpike road. We are one mile on
the right.

Traveling North or South on Route 10,
proceed to Cheshire. Turn onto Cooke Hill
road traveling East. The Route 10/Cooke
Hill road intersection is located near the
Cheshire Nurseries. Follow Cooke Hill to the
end. Take right onto Hartford Turnpike road
we are 200 yards up on the right.

Parking:

All parking is on site and is included in the price of ticket. Premier parking is located in the lot closest to the main entrance of the facility for an additional charge. Premier parking vouchers may be purchased in advance at the box office windows or via TicketMaster online, charge by phone and outlets. Entrance to the Premier lot may also be purchased at the entrance to the lot on the day of the show - subject to availability.

Parking for accessible patrons is located in the spaces directly in front of the theater for no additional charge and is available to patrons who possess an accessible parking sticker, hang tag or license plate.

On weekend performance days the box office opens at 2 pm for evening shows or
two hours prior to curtain for morning and afternoon performances.

Please Note: All customers who wish to purchase tickets on the first day an event goes on sale must do so through Ticketmaster. Any remaining tickets may be purchased at the box office beginning the following business day.

Will Call:

Will Call is located at box office and is open during regular business hours and on event nights until 30 minutes after start of event. Any unclaimed Will Call will be brought to the Administrative Offices for latecomers. Picture ID is required for all Will Call. The Box Office will not accept tickets to be left at Will Call. Please plan accordingly.

Accessible Seating:

Theatre and all facilities are fully accessible. There is elevator access to all levels of the facility. Infra-red hearing devices are available for all shows free of charge (ID required) at the Administrative offices.

Seating for patrons with accessible needs including sight/hearing impairments, mobility impairments and wheelchairs are located throughout the theatre. Additional companion seating is also available in these areas and range from 1 to 4 adjacent seats. Tickets may be purchased through Ticketmaster.com by selecting the accessible link found on the purchase page for the event you are interested in.

A representative from Ticketmaster will contact you to discuss your needs. You may also order via Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone by asking for a sales agent or following the pre-recorded prompts. Tickets are also available for purchase at the box office windows.

General Rules:

There is no dress code, however shirts and shoes are required.

This is a non-smoking facility. A smoking area is located outside the lobby for attendees.

For most events the use of cameras, audio and/or video equipment is strictly prohibited.

No laser pointers, weapons, large bags. No outside food or beverages are permitted into the facility.

Children Rules:

Chevrolet Theatre offers a wide variety of programming. Parents and guardians are urged to contact the Box Office for information on age requirements for a specific show.

The availability of discounts for children is also event specific.

Miscellaneous:

Please plan on arriving at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the event. Late seating is at the discretion of the artist and management.
