The America’s Cup Pavilion is located on Pier 27/29 at 1256 The Embarcadero on the waterfront in San Francisco.We strongly encourage the use of public transportation to the venue including BART, CalTrain, MUNI, and various Ferry services. The MUNI F-street line stops directly in front of the event site. Please visit each transportation option’s website for details.

Driving Directions:
The America’s Cup Pavilion does not have parking onsite. Please use one of the surface or garage lots within walking distance to the venue.
From the South Bay:
Take 101 North to Exit 430A 280 toward Daly City/Downtown SF. Keep right at the fork and merge onto 280 North. Continue on to King Street. Continue onto The Embarcadero.
From the East Bay:
Take 80 West/Bay Bridge. Take exit 2C for Folsom Street. Turn Left on The Embarcadero
From the North Bay:
Take 101 South across the Golden Gate Bridge. Take a slight left onto Lombard Street. Turn Right on Van Ness Ave. Turn left on to Broadway. Continue onto Broadway and turn left on The Embarcadero.
Parking
All America’s Cup Pavilion guests are encouraged to use public transportation. The MUNI F-street line stops directly in front of the event site. Additionally, there will be ample bicycle parking near the America’s Cup Pavilion.In the event that you drive, there are several surface parking lots within walking distance of the venue.

Box Office Hours
The Box Office & Will Call are located at Pier 27/29 on the Embarcadero in San Francisco, near the main entrance to America’s Cup Pavilion.The Box Office & Will Call are open on the night of shows only. It opens 2 hours prior to show time for each concert at America’s Cup Pavilion and will remain open through intermission.

For Concerts, the Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.Will Call
The Box Office & Will Call are located at Pier 27/29 on the Embarcadero in San Francisco, near the main entrance to America’s Cup Pavilion.CONCERTS ONLY:
The Box Office & Will Call open 2 hours prior to show time for each concert at America’s Cup Pavilion and will remain open through intermission.
To claim tickets at Will Call, please bring photo ID, the credit card that was used at time of ticket purchase, and the Ticketmaster order number as any, or all, of these may be required for ticket pick up.
The Box Office & Will Call are open on the night of shows only.
Accessible Seating
America's Cup Pavilion has ADA accessible seating located throughout the venue. Please request accessible seating at the time of purchase, if you have such a need.Service animals with paperwork are permitted.
Assistive Listening Devices are available at the venue on the night of show. Please notify staff upon arrival at the main gate if you have such a need.

- Skateboards
- Professional Style Cameras
- Umbrellas
- Weapons
- Pets (service animals with paperwork are permitted)
General Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.
