From the North:
Take I-5 South and take the Fremont St. Exit.
Turn Left onto Fremont St. Follow Fremont St to Arena. Arena will be on your right hand side.

From South:
Take I-5 North to CA Hwy 4 "Downtown Stockton".
Merge right on to CA Hwy 4 East. Exit Downtown Stockton and go up to El Dorado St and turn left. Head north on El Dorado St to Fremont St.
Turn left on Fremont St. The Arena will be on the left.

From the Southeast:
Take CA Hwy 99 North. Merge right on to California Hwy 4 off ramp and head west to the El Dorado St/Center St Downtown exit.
Merge right on the off ramp to El Dorado St and turn right.
Head north on El Dorado St until Fremont St.
Turn left on Fremont St and head west until you get to the Stockton Arena located on the left hand side of the street.

Public Transportation
Boating to Downtown Stockton?
Follow the main channel East, pass the Port of Stockton, go through the turning basin and pass under I-5. which lead to Downtown Stockton. To dock at the Downtown Stockton Marina, contact Westrec Marina Management, Inc. at 209.462.4200 with the number and sizes of boats, and dates of your visit.

Taking public transportation to Downtown Stockton?

The San Joaquin Regional Transit District, the Regional Transit Provider for San Joaquin County, provides public transit services in the Stockton Metropolitan Area, as well as Intercity, Interregional, and Rural Transit Services countywide.

The Metro Express (Route 40) connects shopping centers, downtown, Delta College and the University of the Pacific every 15 minutes during peak hours.

The Downtown Trolley connects parking structures and the event centers. On Saturday evenings, a free Tolley connects downtown to the University of the Pacific.

Amtrak station station is at 735 S. San Joaquin St., two blocks east of El Dorado.

The Greyhound station is at 121 S. Center Street.

If an event falls on a day that the ticket office is normally closed, the ticket office will open three hours prior to the event time and remain open until one hour past the scheduled event time.

Types of Payment Accepted

Cash, All Major Credit Cards, and Gift Certificates. Checks are not accepted.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the North Entry to the arena. The Will Call door opens ½ hour prior to door time. Will Call is available during regular Ticket Office Hours at the Stockton Arena Ticket Office. When picking up Will Call, all patrons must have ID and the Credit Card used to purchase the tickets.

Accessible Seating

Accessible Seating is available on all levels of Stockton Arena.
Interpreting Services: Guest requiring interpreting services
must contact Guest Services at 209-373-1400 within two (2) weeks of the scheduled event.
Service animals for disabled patrons is permitted.

Children Rules

Any child who has celebrated their 2nd Birthday must have a ticket, regardless if they will occupy a seat. This policy is for all events unless otherwise noted.
