To venue:
Take Virginia Street north from I-80. Take Virginia Street northbound to 10th Street. Take a left (west) on 10th Street. Take an immediate right (north) on to N. Sierra St. and head northbound on N. Sierra St. until you reach Rancho San Rafael Park on the left. Special parking available for VIP ticket holders in Coleman Parking Lot at the venue. Same directions apply.

General Parking is not permitted at venue. Parking is available in designated lots at Lawlor Events Center – shuttles will regularly pick up and drop off on festival grounds throughout the event.

If you have a valid Handicapped Parking Sticker, you will be allowed into the Sierra Street entrance to the Park. See more info on Parking Options below.

VIP Ticket Holders are entitled to free parking at the Coleman Parking Lot at Rancho San Rafael Park provided they show their ticket.

Directions to Coleman Parking Lot: Take Virginia Street north from I-80. Take Virginia Street northbound to 10th Street. Take a left (west) on 10th Street. Take an immediate right (north) on to N. Sierra St. and head northbound on N. Sierra St. until you reach Rancho San Rafael Park on the left.

No Reserved or General Admission Ticket Holders will be allowed to park at the venue. Designated off-site parking is available at Lawlor Events Center at the University of Nevada at Reno. Shuttles will pick-up and drop-off on Virginia Street adjacent to Lawlor Events Center. Shuttles will regularly pick-up and drop-off on the festival grounds throughout the event.

Directions to Lawlor Events Center: Take the Virginia Street exit from I-80. Take Virginia Street Northbound to 15th Street. Take a Right (East) on 15th Street. Park in designated lots.

Disabled Parking is available at the Venue. If you have a valid disabled parking placard you will be allowed into the Sierra Street entrance into the park and be directed to the disabled lot.

Box Office Hours:

Box Office will be located at the entrance to the facility in Rancho San Rafael Park. The Box Office will open on Saturday and Sunday, August 16th & 17th from 9am-9pm.

Will Call will be located at the box office at the location and hours listed above.

VIP WILL CALL: Will Call for VIP tickets is located at the box office in front of the venue. Only VIP ticket holders will be allowed to enter through the Sierra Street entrance and proceed to Will Call parking to pick-up tickets and then proceed to VIP Parking in the Coleman Parking Lot.

RESERVED AND GENERAL ADMISSION WILL CALL: Will Call for all Reserved and General Admission tickets is located at the box office in front of the venue entrance. No Reserved or General Admission Will Call guests will be allowed to drive into the venue. Please park at Lawlor Events Center and catch our shuttle service to the venue.

Accessible Seating:

The entire venue is ADA accessible.

General Rules:

No umbrellas or canopies will be permitted inside the venue.
No food or beverages will be permitted into the venue.
No smoking will be permitted inside the venue.

Low back chairs are permitted for lawn seating or you may bring a blanket to sit on the grass.

Children Rules:

Tickets must be purchased for children 3 years old and up.

We will have a variety of food, beverage and craft vendors available. Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be available within the venue.
