Directions:

Wente Vineyards Restaurant, Event Center and Golf Course are located at 5050 Arroyo Road in Livermore. Our main entrance can be found on the left hand side of the road just past the Veteran’s Hospital. After entering the facility the Restaurant will be immediately to your right, The Course to your left, and the Event Center, which houses the Tasting Room and Conference facilities, straight ahead.

FROM THE NORTH
If you are traveling from the Walnut Creek, Alamo, Danville and San Ramon areas, please take Highway 680 South to 580 East heading toward Stockton. You will exit at Portola Avenue. Once getting off the freeway onto Portola Avenue, turn right at the fourth stoplight onto North L Street. Proceed down North L Street (changes to Arroyo Road), approximately 5 miles to our main gate.

FROM THE SOUTH
When traveling from the San Jose, Palo Alto, and Fremont areas, please take Highway 680 North. Immediately after the Calaveras Road - Sunol West 84 exit, take the Livermore 84 East exit off the freeway. Proceed approximately 7 miles to the third stoplight, Wetmore Road. Turn right onto Wetmore Road, which dead-ends on Arroyo Road. Turn right onto Arroyo Road and proceed approximately 1.5 miles to our main gate.

FROM THE EAST
If you are arriving from the Stockton, Modesto and Tracy areas, take Highway 580 West towards San Francisco. Take the North Livermore Avenue - Central Livermore exit and turn left at the stoplight onto North Livermore Avenue. Proceed to the fifth stoplight and turn right onto Portola Avenue. After turning onto Portola Avenue, make a left at the first stoplight onto North L Street. Proceed down North L Street (which changes to Arroyo Road), approximately 5 miles to our main gate.

FROM THE WEST
To reach Wente Vineyards from the San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and Castro Valley areas, get on Highway 580 East heading towards Stockton. You will exit at Portola Avenue. Once getting off the freeway onto Portola Avenue, turn right at the fourth stoplight onto North L Street. Proceed down North L Street (changes to Arroyo Road), approximately 5 miles to our main gate.

Parking:

*PGA Nationwide Tour Parking Info: $5 - CASH ONLY!*Other Wente Evnents: Parking is reserved for restaurant guests; complimentary parking is available for all other concert guests. Designated disabled parking is available in a lot adjacent to our Event Center. Parking for the concert series is among the vineyards on a gravel surface. Please wear comfortable shoes for the walk form the parking area. Tailgating and picnicking are not allowed. Buses and limos need prior approval for parking.

Box Office Hours:

Our ticket office opens to club members on 10:00am to 5:00pm and is located at The Restaurant at Wente Vineyards and Event Center, 5050 Arroyo Road, Livermore. The box office can be reached at 925-456-2424 during business hours.

Will Call:

Will call is available the day of the event only, at the front gate entrance, beginning at 5:00 p.m. Gates to the venue open at approximately 6:00pm.

Accessible Seating:

Wente Vineyards welcomes all visitors and affirms its commitment to making its events and services accessible to everyone. Our box office will provide the best available seating to meet any individual’s special needs. In order to provide a barrier free experience for our accessible guests, please call us directly at 925-456-2424 or 925-456-2400 to purchase tickets, request special services, or for other assistance needed in order that you may more fully enjoy the show.

General Rules:

Gates to the concert seating open at 6:00pm, the performance begins at 8:15pm, unless otherwise specified. Restaurant dinner reservations are available from 5:00 to 5:45pm, buffet dinners are served from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Guests with Terrace or Orchestra seating may purchase a quick bite to eat at The Grill, overlooking the 18th green, prior to the performance, served between 5:00 and 7:00pm. There are various stations that sell wine, soft drinks, water and snacks, available from 6:00 – 8:15pm. Port, Cognac, fine cigars and wine by the glass or bottle are available for purchase in our terraced garden.

Our theatre is outdoors; all events are rain or shine, a warm jacket is highly recommended; raincoat and hat if there is a chance of rain.

Smoking is prohibited through the concert venue, except in the designated area. No alcohol, cans, bottles, coolers or folding chairs allowed. Animals are not allowed, with the exception of seeing eyes dogs or service animals. No cameras, video equipment or recording devices. Lockers are not provided. Cell phones must be turned off and pagers must be on silent. If the behavior of concert attendees adversely affects any other party’s enjoyment of the show, or is determined to be unsafe, the attendees in question will be asked to leave.

Wente Vineyards is not responsible for tickets purchased through a secondary vendor. Only tickets purchased directly from Wente Vineyards or its authorized vendor, Ticketmaster, are valid.

Children Rules:

All children, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket in the same section and next to the accompanying adults. All children must be able to sit quietly in their seats throughout the show. Please kindly consider others when deciding to bring small children to the concert. We do not recommend infants be brought on site as the decibel level of the music can get quite high.

Tickets go on sale to the public on Sunday, April 24, 2005, at 10:00am. You will be able to purchase tickets for the 2005 Concerts at the Vineyard season online at www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets are also available through Ticketmaster outlets or Ticketmaster call centers at 925-685-TIXS, 415-421-TIXS, 408-988-TIXS, 510-625-TIXS or 209-551-TIXS. You can also call or visit our box office at 5050 Arroyo Road, 925-456-2424, in Livermore, Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

There are various stations that sell wine, soft drinks, water and snacks, available from 6:00pm - 8:15 pm.
Port, Cognac, and fine cigars are available for purchase in our terraced garden located at the back gate.

Guests with reserved Terrace and Orchestra Seating may purchase a quick bite to eat and a cool libation on our Grill Terrace, overlooking the 18th green, prior to the evening's performance.
