The Fillmore does not have a parking lot. Street parking and several public parking facilities are located nearby.Public Transportation
From San Francisco:
Take the 22 Fillmore MUNI bus to Fillmore at Geary, or the
38 Geary to Geary at Fillmore. Both buses run 24 hours a day.

The box office is open for advance sales on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and every show night from 30 minutes before doors until 10:00 p.m., excluding major holiday weekends and special event nights. On show nights, the venue normally opens doors one hour prior to show time. This is subject to change. Please check specific show info.Additional Ticket Info:
A $3.00 ticket service fee is applied on all box office sales with the exception of Sundays between 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Refunds:
Refunds available only in the event of cancellation. No exchanges. In the event of a show cancellation Refunds will be provided at place of purchase. Tickets purchased via phone or internet will be automatically refunded.

Inspection:
Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
Alcohol policy:
To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid government issued photo identification and be at least 21 years of age. (United States issued identification card/Drivers license or passport only. No exceptions)
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in this venue.
Re-Entry:
There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
Photography:
All photography, audio and video recording requires advance approval from the venue publicist. The artist may choose to allow still photography with small personal/non-professional cameras. This is determined on a show by show basis.
What to Bring:
Items allowed in this venue include: small personal bags or backpacks, one factory sealed bottle of water. Note: These guidelines are subject to change nightly due to specific request by the performers or management.
Some Items NOT allowed in this venue include: markers, cans, bottles, alcohol, laser pointers, and sharp or dangerous items (weapons, knives, chains, mace). Please email Customer service if you have specific questions. This is subject to change on a show by show basis per artists/management request.
