Directions:

Take I-20 into Bossier City, take exit 20A, the Hamilton Rd/Diamond Jacks Blvd. exit. Turn south (left coming from east or right if coming from the
west) at the bottom of the exit ramp. Travel to the Arthur Ray Teague Pkwy. Turn left onto the parkway. The CenturyTel Center is located at the end of Arthur Ray Teague Parkway.

There are 4,000 public parking spaces available.

The daily (non-event) box office is located on the floor level across from parking lots A and B on the north side of the arena. The event box office is located on the plaza level at the top of the stairs and disabled ramp, on the west side of the arena.

Varies per show. For most shows if the child has celebrated their 2nd birthday they must have a ticket, unless otherwise specified.

Miscellaneous:

* ADD Assistive Listening Devices: Headsets and receivers for FM hearing assistance system are available, at no charge, in the Event Level box office.
* Interpreting Services: Guests requiring interpreting services for arena events must contact the Event Coordinator within two weeks prior of the scheduled event.
* Service Animals: Service animals for the disabled are permitted.

* CONCESSIONS: CenturyTel Center offers full service concessions including hot dogs,hamburgers,pizza,fried catfish,chicken tender baskets,nachos,popcorn,ice cream,cotton candy,soft drinks,beer*, and alcoholic beverages/frozen drinks*.
