Take I-10 to Exit 100 (Ambassador Caffery). Head South for approximately
two miles to the intersection of Bertrand/Congress Street. The CAJUNDOME will be located on the left behind Cajun field.

Types of Payment Accepted:

CASH, VISA, MC, AMX, DSC. The Box Office accepts checks up to 7 business days prior to a Cajundome event-excludes general admission shows. ATM available in Cajundome lobby.

Will Call:

Proper picture identification, the confirmation number, and credit card used to purchase tickets are required to receive tickets.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating, limited mobility, and sight & hearing impaired seating is available upon request thru Ticketmaster and the CAJUNDOME Box Office.

General Rules:

All patrons are subject to a security search.
The following items are not permitted in the Arena: cameras, recording devices (audio or video), weapons, bottles, cans, fireworks, outside food, beverages, or alcohol, lasers, spiked jewelry, chains (including those on wallets), backpacks, large purses or bags, glow sticks, & other items deemed unsafe to others.
No re-entry.
No smoking in arena. Smoking in designated areas only.

Children Rules:

Varies by event. Please check event for specific rules.

Generally, if not specified by event for "Family Shows" a ticket is required for ages 1 and up. No ticket is required for children under age 1 but child(ren) must not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult.

For UL-Lafayette Athletic events a youth is considered age 2-16. No ticket is required under age 2 but child(ren) must not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult.

No refunds or exchanges.
Lost/Stolen Tickets: There is NO replacement for LOST tickets. Stolen ticket replacement requests MUST be accompanied by a police report and must be reported to Ticketmaster or the CAJUNDOME Box Office prior to an event.
