If traveling from the Memphis, take US 61 (Third St.) South, 24 miles to Robinsonville (MS Hwy 304), turn riht (West) on 304. The casino is 38 miles from downtown Memphis via US 61 - or - take I-55 South to Hernando,MS and exit 280 West. Go West on Highway 304 through Hernando and through the US 61 intersection. Sams Town is about four miles West of US 61. If traveling from the South, take either US 61 or I-55 North to MS highway 304. Go West on 304 four miles to Sams Town.
