Box Office Hours:

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10AM to 5PM and some weekends depending on events. You may also visit the Orpheum store located in Davis-Kidd Booksellers at Poplar and Perkins.

The Box Office and the Orpheum store accept Visa, Mastercard and cash.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets can be picked up in the Box Office anytime during normal business hours. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.

General Rules:

There are no cameras or recording devices allowed.
Please be seated by the time printed on your ticket. Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate break in the performance as a courtesy to the performers and patrons.

Children Rules:

The Orpheum's Broadway productions are generally suitable for ages 12 & older. As a courtesy to other audience members, children 3 and under are not admitted to Broadway productions. Everyone who enters must have a ticket.
