Directions:

From I-40 West or East: Take Front Street exit. Go south on Front Street for one block. Parking garage on right. Amphitheatre on Mud Island is accessible by monorail tram or walkbridge at Front Street.

Parking:

Parking is available at the Mud Island Parking Garage adjacent to the East Plaza Entrance which is located at 125 N. Front Street. Entrance to the garage is at the corner of Front St. and Poplar. Fees range from $3-$10, depending on the event.

Will call orders may be picked up 90 minutes prior to event at Box Office (located at main building). Patron must present purchasing credit card, photo ID, and confirmation number

Accessible Seating:

This is an accessible venue.
All special access seating is subject to availability and location of seats depends on the event. Wheelchair seating for events with General Admission seating or events with General Admission floor may purchase any ticket, accomodations will be made at the door. Location will be provided with one folding chair provided for companion.

General Rules:

No cameras, binoculars, or recording devices of any kind are permitted. Laser devices are not permitted. Purses, diaper bags, and other small personal bags will be inspected. Large bags, sealed packages, backpacks, knives, umbrellas or weapons of any type are not permitted into the amphitheatre. Once you have exited the facility, there is no re-entry.

Monorail fare included with concert ticket.

Children Rules:

Everyone must have a ticket. Exceptions will be noted on specific events.
