Directions:

Traveling from Arkansas take I-40 East toward Memphis, exit Front Street, turn right on Front Street and right at Jefferson (4th light). This will lead directly into The Pyramid parking lot. Traveling from Nashville take I-40 West toward Memphis/Little Rock and exit Riverside Drive Exit 1. Traveling from Mississippi take I-55 North toward Memphis/St. Louis, exit Riverside Drive (downtown Memphis) and continue straight down hill to The Pyramid (The Pyramid will be visible from Riverside Drive as you come down the hill). Traveling from St. Louis take I-55 South toward Memphis to I-40 East toward Memphis, exit Front Street, turn right on Front Street and right at Jefferson (4th light). This will lead you directly into The Pyramid parking lot.

Monday through Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm. open later on event nights, open on weekends during events only.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Dicover Card (no checks). Cash is recommended on day of events.

Will Call:

Will call tickets may be picked up 2 hours prior to and up through the event at the main box office located on the South side of The Pyramid. Customers must present a picture ID and one additional form of identification. If customers are picking up will call tickets charged through Ticketmaster they must present a picture ID, credit card used and Ticketmaster confirmation number.

Smoking is prohibited. Prohibited items include: video and audio recorders, bottles, cans, coolers, food and beverage containers, cameras, flash attachments, laser pointers, illegal drugs, weapons or dangerous devices of any type. No ticket exchanges or refunds. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost or stolen and persons in possession of lost or stolen tickets may be subject to non-admission or expulsion from The Pyramid.

Children two and older must have a ticket. Exceptions will be noted on specific events.
