From south of town take I-65 North to Broadway exit. Turn toward the Downtown Area (signs will indicate To Arena or To Convention Center). Follow Broadway to 5th Ave North, turn left onto 5th Ave North, go to Union St, turn left on Union. Turn right on on 6th Ave. Lobby entrance is located at corner of Deaderick and 6th Ave. TPAC is on your right.
Parking:
A number of parking lots are located close to TPAC. Please call (615)782-4000 for locations. Meter parking may be available on nearby streets. NEVER park at a meter that has been bagged or capped - cars will be towed.

Will call is located in the lobby of Andrew Jackson Hall at the corner of 6th and Deaderick. Opens 1 1/2 hrs prior to curtain.
Accessible Seating:
Handicapped seating is available. Also, TPAC is proud to launch a new service for blind and visually impaired patrons. Headsets providing audio description through infrared transmission for patrons who are blind or visually impaired are available at no cost for select performances of the shows in the Broadway Series at TPAC. A trained describer provides a live, objective narrative of the visual elements on the stage, in between the actors’ dialogue, also delivering program notes 15 minutes prior to the performance and during intermission. Headsets are available at no cost from the floor manager at the entrance to Andrew Jackson Hall. A patron’s photo i.d. or major credit card will be held until headsets are returned following the performance. General Rules:
No cameras. TPAC is a non-smoking venue.
No Smoking in building. There is a money machine inside the building.
Children Rules:
INFO ON CHILDREN: ALL CHILDREN MUST HAVE A TICKET TO ENTER ANY
PERFORMANCE. Children ages 0-2 years may sit in a parents lap, BUT
they must have a ticket on the SAME level as the parents (Orch and
Orch, Tier and Tier etc.) NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!
Miscellaneous:
An automatic bank teller is located in the lobby for patron convenience. THERE ARE ELEVATORS TO THE TIER, LOGE OR BALCONY LEVELS. Orchestra Rows Y and Z and Tier rows E and P are accessible without any stairs. All other rows on these levels require some stairs. Concessions are located at the Central Landing in the main lobby and offer light snacks. New York bagels, cookies, and other dessert items are also provided. TPAC also has extended their bar services to provide premium beers such as Heineken, Corona, Samuel Adams and a pre-order drink service to cut down on intermission lines.
