Eastbound I-80: Exit 13 Downtown Reno/Virginia St. Right on Virginia. Left on 4th St. Building is one block down on the left.

Southbound US-395: Exit I-80 West. Exit 13 Downtown Reno/Virginia St. Left on Virginia St. Left on 4th St. Building is one block down on the left.

Northbound US-395: Exit I-80 West. Exit 13 Downtown Reno/Virginia St. Left of Virginia St. Left on 4th St. Building is one block down on the left.

Parking

There are a limited number of parking spaces available in the National Bowling Stadium parking lot. There are also many public and private lots situated near the Events Center. Customers can park at Circus Circus or Fitzgerald's. Sorry >>NO<< RV parking available in the National Bowling Stadium parking lot.

Public Transportation
The Downtown CitiFare transportation station is located to the southwest of the front entrance of the Reno Events Center. CitiFare offers convienent bus routes to and from the Reno Events center. Call 775.348.7433 for more info.

Day of Onsale: 10am - 12noon.

Otherwise the box office opens at 10 am on the day of a performance.

Will Call

Will Call is available two (2) hours prior to show time. Will Call can be picked up at the Events Center South Ticket Office on the corner of Center St. and Fourth St.

Customers MUST present the actual credit card used for the purchase, a valid photo ID and the Ticketmaster confirmation number in order to receive their tickets

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is located on platforms at the bottom of all 100 section seating. Accessible doors to facility are located at the Southwest, Southeast and Northwest entrances

NO Smoking anywhere inside the Reno Events Center. There is a designated smoking area provided outside Portal A.

Children Rules

All Ages are welcome. For most events no ticket is required for ages 0-23months, as long as the child does not occupy a seat of their own.

For events such as "Sesame Street", "Barney", or "Dragon Tales", a ticket is required for anyone 12 months or older.

Miscellaneous

All Guests are subject to search, which may include the use of electronic devices, pat downs and inspection of bags. Only small purses and baby bags will be permitted in the building. Guests are discouraged from bringing unnecessary items to the Reno Events Center. Shoes and Shirts are required at all times within the Building.
