Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash. Checks will NOT be accepted.
What are the will call rules?
Will Call can be picked up 48 hours after a purchase during regular Box Office Hours. The Customer must present actual credit card, confirmation number and photo ID.
What are the parking options at Truist Arena?
Parking will be available in Truist Arena's surface lot and parking lots on the campus of Northern Kentucky University. Parking will be conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The cost is determined on an event-by-event basis. Please call (859) 442-2652 for event specific information.
