Directions:

Take I-75 to Paris/Lexington exit 113. Signs will lead to the end of the exit. The Arena is 3 miles off the exit on the right, corner of Broadway and High, next to the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Parking:

Parking is available in a variety of surrounding garages and lots. The fee varies.

The Box Office hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday - 10AM to 6PM
Saturday & Sunday - Closed
Day of show - 12PM until 1 hour after show time

The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover,cash and checks for family shows only.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets can be picked up after 6PM at the Box Office. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.

Children Rules:

Children 2 and under who can sit on their parent's laps are admitted free for some events. University of Kentucky Basketball games require ALL patrons to have a ticket to enter regardless of age. Family events such as Sesame Street Live, Disney on Ice and others have various restrictions, please contact the Rupp Arena Ticket Office for specific details.
