Monday through Friday - 9AM to 5PM
Saturday - 12PM to 5PM
Sunday - Closed.

Types of Payment Accepted

The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash. Checks are accepted for reserved seating events up to one week before the date of the event.

Will Call

Tickets can be picked up on the night of the event beginning 1 hour prior to the event at the Will Call Window. Customer must have a photo ID, the actual credit card and the confirmation number.

General Rules

Rules about cameras usually vary depending on the event - usually no video. Recording devices are not allowed. Cans, bottles and food are not permitted.

Children Rules

Children under two are admitted free, but must sit on a parents lap. For Sesame Street, children age 1 and over must have a ticket! Under age 1 admitted free, but must sit on parents lap.
