Directions

Traveling from the West, take RT.22 East to Parkway, 279E, through Ft. Pitt tunnels. Bear right, towards Monroeville, and take the first exit on the left, Grant, and turn right to the arena.

Traveling from the East, take 22 West to 376 West, Monroeville, through Squirrel Hill Tunnels. Take the Grant exit to 7th and turn right to the arena.

Traveling from the South, take 79 North to Parkway, 279E, toward Pittsburgh. Go through the Ft. Pitt Tunnels and bear right toward Monroeville. Take the first exit on the left, Grant, to 7th and turn right to the Arena.

Traveling from the North, take 79 South to 579 South. Follow signs for the Mellon Arena, Veterans/Liberty Bridge, take 6th/Mellon Arena exit, turn left at light to Mellon Arena.

Parking

2,500 on-site spaces are available for most shows. Prices vary due to locations and proximity from $8.00 to $25.00. Advance parking is now available for purchase for select events.

Box Office Hours

Beginning Tuesday, June 1, 2010, the Box Office will be going to Summer Hours. The Box Office will now be open Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

The Box Office will be closed on Saturdays throughout the summer.

The Box Office will only be open on Saturdays throughout the summer for various on sales and events.

Please also note that the final day of operation for the Mellon Arena Box Office will be Friday, July 30. We will open up the CONSOL Energy Center Box Office at 10am on Monday, August 2.

Sunday: Closed (except on event days)

Event Days: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Box Office hours are subject to change as a result of varying event times or holidays.

Types of Payment Accepted

The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Will Call

Will Call tickets can be picked up 1 hour prior to the event at gate 1 which is the Box Office Will Call Window. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.

General Rules

The camera policy varies from show to show. Professional cameras, VCRs and recording devices are not permitted. Weapons, firearms, cans, laser pens, bottles and smoking are prohibited.

Children Rules

Children under 2 are free on a parents lap for most shows. Age limits vary by show. Contact Mellon Arena box office for specific ages.
