Customers may pick up will call with proper ID and credit card from the will call window located in the Aquarium ticket center up to 15 min before scheduled entry time. Customers need to be prompt.

Accessible Seating:

Limited wheelchairs available for public use (first come, first served basis) the aquarium is wheelchair accessible.

Children Rules:

Children 2 and under are free.

Snack bar inside the aquarium. The menu includes items such as hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries etc.
