Parking:

On-Site paid parking $10.00 - **According to National Park Service regulations, parking on the grass is subject to the weather. Should the National Park Service close the grass lot because of inclement weather in an effort to help preserve the natural resources of the Park, pass holders and other patrons will be directed to the nearest available off-site parking location, with complimentary shuttle service to and from the tournament site. A parking pass does not guarantee a parking spot. Parking is based on availability.

A Free shuttle is offered from the Van Ness UDC Metro Station beginning on Saturday August 9, 2008.

Pick up tickets one hour prior to the start time of each session.
Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a valid photo ID.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating is available on the lower level of the stadium.
You may purchase accessible seats through the TicketMaster Phonecharge Customer Service department.

General Rules:

*** Rain Policy - No refunds, exchanges, or rainchecks. All sales are final. When you purchase a ticket, you assume the risk of weather-related cancellations or postponement.
*** The player field may change due to injury or other unforeseen circumstances.
*** Coolers (hard or soft), picnic baskets, water jugs, cans or glass bottles are not permitted on-site.
***Video taping and flash photography are prohibited.
***Times and schedules may change.
***Tournament officials reserve the right to implement any other security measures deemed necessary.

Children Rules:

Children 1 and under do not need a ticket, if they do not occupy a seat.

Miscellaneous:

Box seat packages, other weeklong or weekend ticket packages, Suites, and group tickets can be purchased through the Tournament Hotline with representatives available from 9am - 6pm M-F or by leaving a message after work hours. All individual session ticket purchases should be ordered through TicketMaster only or purchased at the onsite box office during the week of the tournament. The onsite box office opens at 8am on Saturday, August 9, 2008.
