WILL CALL tickets are available beginning 1 1/2 hours prior to event time. Customer needs ID, confirmation number, and credit card (if actual card is not possible, than they need a photocopy of the card).

All children who have reached their 2nd birthday need a ticket to enter. The exception is Sesame and various other family events which each child 1 year and older requires a ticket.
