FROM PEACE BRIDGE (CANADA)
Head south on Intrastate 190 to Interstate 90 West, follow to Exit 55 (Route 219).Exit Route 219 on the Milestrip Road West Exit. Be prepared to stop at the end of the ramp. Counting the signal at the end of the Milestrip ramp, go to the 3rd signal and make a left turn onto Abbott Road to the stadium.
-OR- Head south on Intrastate 190 to Route 5, follow Route 5 to Route 179 (Milestrip Road).Take Route 179 East to McKinley Parkway. Turn right onto McKinley Parkway. Turn left on Route 20. Proceed to stadium.
FROM ROCHESTER OR EAST
Take Interstate 90 West to Exit 55 (Route 219).Exit Rote 219 on the Milestrip Road West Exit. Be prepared to stop at the end of the ramp. Counting the signal at the end of the Milestrip ramp, go to the 3rd signal and make a left turn onto Abbott Road to the stadium.
-OR- Continue on Route 219 and take Route 20A West. Follow Route 20A to the stadium approximately one mile west.
FROM ERIE, PA & SOUTHWEST NEW YORK
Take Interstate 90 East to Exit 57, and bear right heading west from tollbooth to Route 20.Make a right on Route 20 heading east to the stadium.
-OR- Take Interstate 90 East to Exit 56 (Route 179) Milestrip Road. Make a left on Route 179, and including the signal after the toll, proceed to the 5th signal and make a right turn onto Abbott Road. Follow Abbott Road to the stadium.
FROM SOUTHERN EXPRESSWAY
Take Route 219 North to exit Route 20A West; Follow Route 20A to the stadium approximately one mile west.
FROM BUFFALO AIRPORT
Head straight out of airport and proceed through light onto Route 33 West, which will lead you to the Interstate 90.Take Interstate 90 West to Exit 55 (Route 219).Exit Route 219 on Milestrip Road West exit. ParkingAbbott Road Closing
Abbott Road will be closed to all vehicle traffic on game days between the south entrance of Lot 2 ADA (formerly Lot B) and north of the Bills Team Store. Please see the attached map as a reference for the location of the road closing. This will have a significant impact on the traffic patterns around the stadium on game days.

Parking Lot Hours of Operation
Ralph Wilson Stadium parking lots will open 4 hours prior to kickoff for each home game this season. The Camper Lot will continue to open one day prior to games for those campers wishing to park overnight in advance of the game and all campers will have until 2pm the day following the game to exit. All parking lots will close 2 hours after the game ends. No reserving of spaces is allowed and guests will not be allowed to purchase additional spaces --- one car, one space.

Parking Code of Conduct
The parking lots at Ralph Wilson Stadium are for the convenience and enjoyment of stadium guests. Tailgating is permitted in most parking lots. There is no tailgating allowed in the Administrative Lot, Training Center Lot, Tunnel Lot, Lot 6, and Lot G. Oversized vehicles will not be permitted to park in lots designated for passenger vehicles. Stadium Management asks that you clean up your area before entering the stadium to watch the game so it’s safe for you and others. Bring trash bags with you to dispose of your trash. Neatly tied trash bags can be left at your tailgate area or be taken to one of the green dumpsters located in the parking lot areas. Please refrain from leaving loose trash and litter in the parking lot.
Every effort is made to create a fan friendly environment that is safe for all to enjoy. Our fans play a large role in this. In order to maintain a safe and fun environment, the Bills ask that all fans follow directions given by Allpro Parking, Stadium Management, Police, and Security Personnel. They are there to assist you and make parking safe and convenient for everyone. If a guest needs immediate assistance or sees a potential problem within their area, please call the Game Day Fan Hotline at (716) 312-8933. In the event of a parking lot emergency please call 9-1-1.
The Erie County Sheriff’s Office, the Orchard Park Police Department, and APEX Security will continually patrol the lots to ensure that those who do not adhere to the parking guidelines and/or participate in activities that create an unsafe environment will be held responsible and may have their parking and ticket purchasing privileges revoked.

Designated Drivers of Buffalo -The Buffalo Bills, in partnership with Designated Drivers of Buffalo, offer an alternative to driving in order to ensure that guests return home safely. Guests who are uncomfortable driving home have access to this unique service by calling (716) 713-7703. Arrangements can be made prior to a game or on game days. Two representatives from Designated Drivers of Buffalo will meet a guest and their party to drive them home in their own car. This allows guests to return home using a safe method in their own car. GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES SEATING
Wheelchair platforms are located in Row 39 of the 100-level, 38W in the 300-level and in some premium seating areas. Wheelchair tickets are required on the platforms. There is NO storage for wheelchairs. To obtain proper seating for a guest with a disability in advance contact the Bills Ticket Office at 1-877-BB-TICKS. Please contact a Guest Service Ambassador or Usher Captain on game day for further assistance. Ambulatory/non-wheelchair seating is also available. All ticket locations are based on availability.

Listed below are some guidelines for your reference. Have a great time at the game! The Bills reserve the right to alter, change, or interpret policies without notice to fans.
All guests entering the Stadium must have a valid event ticket to gain admission. Only children under the age of two (2) may enter a Bills games free of charge, providing that he/she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests should retain their ticket stub for stadium personnel to verify proper seat location. Guests are asked to sit only in their own seat, as designated by the ticket, to avoid inconvenience to others. NFL Rules prohibit Pass-out tickets. Re-Entry to the stadium is prohibited.
INTOXICATED FANS MAY BE DENIED ADMISSION TO THE STADIUM.
Sportservice, the food and beverage company at Ralph Wilson Stadium, reserves the right to require all guests to show valid identification indicating proof of age when purchasing alcohol. New York State Law requires that guests at Ralph Wilson Stadium must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Bills representatives reserve the right to check for proof of age. There is a maximum of two (2) beers per purchase at all concession and Club locations. All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the end of half-time, except in the clubs and suites, where service will continue to the end of the game.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE TO INTOXICATED GUESTS AND CHANGE POLICIES OR PROCEDURES AT ANYTIME WITHOUT NOTICE TO GUESTS.

Buffalo Bills fans are loyal, passionate, knowledgeable, and have tremendous pride in their town and their team. Bills fans have been the heart of the Western New York community for over 50 years, and provide our players, coaches and fellow fans with the most exciting atmosphere in the National Football League!
The Buffalo Bills and our team partners are committed to providing our fans and guests with a safe, clean, comfortable and enjoyable game day experience inside and outside Ralph Wilson Stadium. We strive to promote responsible behavior and make the Fan Experience family friendly, memorable and positive for football fans of all ages.
Any irresponsible conduct will not be tolerated in the stadium parking lots or in Ralph Wilson Stadium, and in some cases may result in ejection from the game, revocation of season ticket privileges and/or arrest. Everyone deserves the right to enjoy the excitement and enthusiasm of game days. Please treat all fans with courtesy and respect. Our staff will proactively implement the Fan Code of Conduct that includes the following behaviors not tolerated by the NFL/Bills:
Interfering with the game (including entering the field or throwing objects onto the field).
Attempting to bring alcoholic beverages or other prohibited items into stadium.
Intoxication or signs of impairment. Please drink responsibly.
Fighting, foul language or obscene gestures.
Verbal or physical harassment of fans, including visiting team fans. Please be respectful.
Excessive standing or behavior detracting from the enjoyment of fellow fans. Spontaneous reactions to plays within the game are expected and encouraged, but your continued standing when other fans are sitting is not permitted.
Violating the No Smoking policy. Ralph Wilson Stadium is a smoke-free facility.
Failure to follow instructions or show your ticket when asked by team or stadium personnel.
Failure to sit in your ticketed seat location.
Scalping, improper resale of tickets, misuse of tickets/credentials, illegal merchandise sales.
Indecent exposure, obscene clothing or offensive signs.
Inappropriate displays of affection for a public setting.
ANY conduct deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous to spectators, participants or employees.
Bills fans are among the best tailgaters in the NFL. Please take pride in your tailgate and your parking lot, and help clean up your area before entering the game. Season Ticket Holders are responsible for the conduct of persons occupying their seats, and those persons that do not adhere to the Fan Code of Conduct will result in having season ticket privileges revoked without reimbursement to the account holder.
Any ticket holder who is ejected, turned around, or arrested is subject to completion of the Fan Code of Conduct Class for $250 online at www.fanconductclass.com and may result in ticket purchase privileges being revoked. Failure to complete this class will result in trespassing charges and/or arrests if unauthorized stadium re-entry is attempted.
The Bills reserve the right to alter, change, or interpret policies without notice to fans.

Entering the Stadium: Bag Policy
All bags brought in Ralph Wilson Stadium are subject to a visual inspection. The Buffalo Bills strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags, but outlined today what is permissible. Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:
• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.” (Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags are available through club merchandise outlets or at nflshop.com), or
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
• Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

GATE POLICIES - ITEMS PROHIBITED/PERMITTED INTO RALPH WILSON STADIUM
Until further notice, anyone attending a Bills game at Ralph Wilson Stadium will be subject to a voluntary security inspection, administered by a screener prior to gate entry. Guests who appear to be intoxicated and/or unmanageable will not be permitted into the stadium.
To limit the potential wait time you could experience with gate entry, we have a few suggestions:
Arrive at the stadium gates as early as possible (gates open 1 ½ hours prior to kickoff).
Limit the number of items you bring with you to minimize search time.
Please follow all signage and direction from security personnel.
If you give tickets to someone who may not be familiar with stadium security policies, please alert your guests to these measures.
Additional clothing and blankets (if carried loosely)
Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12
Binoculars – no case
Cameras with lenses of six (6) inches or less – no case
Seat-Cushions 15"x15" or smaller and must not contain arm rests, zippers,pockets, flaps or metal backs.

Animals (with the exception of guide dogs for the disabled)

Weapons (knives, box-cutters, firearms, etc.)
Any other items deemed to be dangerous or inappropriate by Stadium Management may be prohibited. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and will result in the guest being ejected and may result in arrest and/or ticket purchase privileges being revoked. The Bills reserve the right to alter, change, or interpret policies without notice to fans.
OUTSIDE BEVERAGES AND COOLERS
Guests are not permitted to bring outside beverages, cans, bottles, thermoses, coolers, jugs, or other containers into Ralph Wilson Stadium. Children's juice boxes when accompanied by child, infant bottles when accompanied by infant, and items necessary for medical purposes are permitted. For specific information please contact the Bills Ticket Office at 1-877-BB-TICKS.
Pages and/or private announcements will not be made in the stadium by either the PA announcer or on the JumboTron. Please designate a meeting location should your party become separated.
Ralph Wilson Stadium is a smoke-free facility. There are no designated smoking areas. Violations of the Local Law are punishable by a civil penalty and may result in a fine. Fans seen smoking on video surveillance or in person will be ejected from the stadium.
OTHER ADDED PROVISIONS TO NOTE:
Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Guests are encouraged to enter the Stadium early to avoid inconvenience.
Parking lots will be open four (4) hours prior to kickoff.
No paneled or windowless trucks will be permitted in the Bills general parking or camper lots.
Overnight RV parking will still be permitted in approved camper lots, but guests are encouraged not to leave vehicles unattended.
The public is reminded that solicitation by any groups or individuals on Stadium grounds is prohibited.
The Buffalo Bills reserve the right to deny admission, eject, or arrest patrons who do not comply with the policies and guidelines of Ralph Wilson Stadium. Game tickets will be forfeited. The Bills reserve the right to alter, change, or interpret policies without notice to fans.
Children RulesAll Children 2 years of age and older must have a ticket. Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket and are expected to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian during the game.
Tailgating is permitted in most stadium parking lots. There is no tailgating permitted in the Administrative Lot, Training Center Lot, Tunnel Lot, Lot 6, and Lot G. Stadium lots open four (4) hours before the game and close approximately two (2) hours following a game. Vehicles may occupy ONLY ONE parking space. Additional spaces are not available for purchase for the the purpose of tailgating. For everyone to enjoy the tailgating experience, guests are asked to follow these guidelines:
• No saving of parking spaces is allowed.
• Guests should tailgate in front or behind their vehicle only.
• Guests are asked to be considerate of other vehicles and property.
• Guests are asked to dispose of all trash in proper receptacles.
• Guests are asked to extinguish all flames and grills before entry or departure from Ralph Wilson Stadium.
• Guests are asked not to block or impede other vehicles from exiting after a game.
Tailgaters/Parking Code of Conduct:
Parking lots at Ralph Wilson Stadium are for the convenience and enjoyment of all guests. Responsible tailgating is permitted in most parking lots. Oversized vehicles will not be permitted to park in lots designated for passenger vehicles, and may be turned away and/or directed to parking Lot 3. The Bills Blue Team provides tailgaters with complimentary garbage and recycling bags, and we ask that you clean your area before entering the stadium to watch the game so it’s safe for you and others. Our housekeeping team will clear your bags before you return to your vehicle, and we appreciate your teamwork to keep your parking area clean and safe for all fans.

The Bills bathhouse facility is located across from the Camper Lot. The facility has showers, restrooms, and changing areas for all guests the weekend of each home game.
