Abbotsford Centre is conveniently located in Abbotsford beside the University of the Fraser Valley one block south of highway 1 using McCallum Rd exit (exit 90). Then turn left (east) on King Rd. Drive two blocks and you are there!

From the North:

Take Route 11 South ramp toward Abbotsford
Turn slight right onto Provincial Route 11 (Abbotsford-Mission Hwy)
Turn left onto Sumas Way
Merge onto Highway 1 West
Take McCallum Rd Exit (Exit 90) toward City Centre
Turn left onto McCallum Rd
Turn left onto King Rd(16th Ave) follow along. The venue will be on your right hand side

From the South:

Take WA-539 North
WA-539 North becomes Provincial Route 13 (Aldergrove-Bellingham highway)
Turn right onto Fraser Highway (Provincial Route 1A East)
Take the Highway 1 East toward Hope
Merge onto Highway 1 East
Take McCallum Rd Exit (Exit 90) toward City Centre
Turn left onto King Rd(16th Ave) follow along. The venue will be on your right hand side.

From the East:

Merge onto Highway 1 West toward Vancouver
Take McCallum Rd Exit (Exit 90) toward City Centre
Turn left onto McCallum Rd
Turn left onto King Rd(16th Ave) follow along. The venue will be on your right hand side.

From the West:

Merge onto highway 1 east
Take McCallum Rd exit (Exit 90)
Turn left onto King Rd(16th Ave) follow along. The venue will be on your right hand side.


Parking is located in several different areas for
Abbotsford Centre

Please be aware that the new free parking lot located next to the King Connector is now available for events and Heat Hockey games. Shuttle Service is
not available.

Pay parking is available around Abbotsford Centre -
Following are a list of some of the parking opportunities:
> Street Parking - as designated and posted (IMPORTANT - Your stall number is
required to pay for parking)
> Gillis Avenue
> College Drive
> McKenzie Road
> King Road (east of McKenzie and west of McCallum)
> University of the Fraser Valley - as designated and posted (IMPORTANT - Your stall number is required to pay for parking)

Pay by phone system is also available. This system allows you to pay for your parking over the phone using your license plate. Below are the location codes

Exits To Use To Get To Abbotsford Centre
> To avoid a back up of traffic coming off the McCallum Road Exit the alternate exit to use are both Clearbrook Exit or the Sumas Way Exit.

Tickets may be picked up at the venue box office will call window by the credit card holder only with the purchasing credit card and valid photo ID. Subject to a 2 business day waiting period from the time of
purchase unless the event is occurring within that time or unless otherwise specified in the event info.

**Please note: the box office will call tickets cannot be picked up at Retail outlets.

Doors open one hour prior to the event.

ELEVATORS: Located by section 101 (for use by guests with disabilities, those needing special assistance and by suite holders)

CUSTOMER DROP OFF LOCATION: Parking available directly in front of the main entrance of the arena. For additional info on accessible seating/parking, please contact the box office at 604-743-5027

SERVICE ANIMALS (ie guide dog):

All service animals are welcomed at Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre.
Please notify your ticketseller at the time of purchase if an aisle seat is required for your service animal.

General Rules

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
outside food or drink, carry bags or backpacks, bottles or cans, containers, illegal substances, incendiary devices, weapons of any type, strollers, banner sticks or flag poles, artificial noise making
devices, laser pointers, helium balloons, audio or video recorders, pets other than service animals, cameras, or items the contents of which cannot be inspected or displayed.

Venue is a non-smoking facilities. Guests may not leave and re-enter the venue at any time.

Children Rules

Children age 2 and older must have a ticket to enter the arena. Children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket, but must sit on the accompanying adult's lap.


Abbotsford Centre has established building security measures.

BOOSTER SEATS are not available

ELEVATORS available for guests with disabilities and those who need special assistance, as well as suite holders. Access to elevators by section 101

FAMILY SERVICES there are family washrooms available in our building and are located by section 104

FIRST AID fully equipped First Aid rooms are located across from section 103 Specially trained staff provide first aid services during all public events.

TELEPHONES There are no payphones in our building. For any issues please visit Guest Services, located at section 103

If you lost an item at an Abbotsford Centre event, please call our Guest Services Department at 604-743-5000 Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm to claim your item.

Section 103, Rows 7-21 are no alcohol seats.

For the majority of events guests ARE NOT permitted to photograph or record an event using video, audio recording or still cameras of any kind (including
smart phones). The use of flash photography and professional equipment (cameras with detachable lenses in excess of 75mm) is strictly prohibited by
the NHL and most promoters/production companies.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who possesses such equipment.
