Directions:

There will be two (2) entrances to the venue. The Main Entrance to the venue is located on the North East end of Deer Lake Park, next to the Shadbolt Centre. This entry will be open to patrons with tickets, and patrons who will be picking up their tickets on site at the Ticketmaster Will Call pickup booth (located at the Main Entrance).

There will also be a Secondary Entrance to the venue located on the North West side of the venue. This entrance will be restricted to ticket holders only. Ticket Fast ticket holders will be allowed through this entrance.

Both entrances feed from Deer Lake Avenue. We will have staff and signage throughout the perimeter to help you along your way.

Parking:

- Parking in and around Deer Lake Park is limited. We encourage you to use transit or car pool when coming to the venue.
- All parking at Deer Lake Park/ Shadbolt Centre and associated buildings has been restricted to production and emergency vehicle parking only.
- There will be accommodations made at Deer Lake Park/ Shadbolt Centre for any handicapped patrons who have a valid a Handicap Parking decal.
- These lots will be operated on a "first come, first serve" basis, no reservations.

Public Transportation:

There are a number of buses that make their way to the Deer Lake Park area. These buses include the 110, 123, 129, 136, and the 144, which stops right at the Shadbolt Centre. The closest bus loop to the site is
located at Burnaby City Hall. These buses all stop at Lougheed Mall, Brentwood Mall, and Metrotown. The Route 144 connects to the Millenium Skytrain line at Sperling/Burnaby Lake, and the Expo line at the
Metrotown station. For further reference, please refer to the Translink website www.translink.bc.ca.

For Will Call and Ticket Sales, Box Office opens 1 hour prior to door time.

If you have purchased your tickets through TICKETMASTER and have not picked up the tickets already - please try to pick up your tickets in advance of the show at any Ticketmaster outlet with your Confirmation Number, Credit Card and ID. If you don't have a chance to pick up your tickets in advance - there will be a Will Call on site.

If you are picking up your tickets at the Deer Lake Ticketmaster Will Call booth, please make sure to bring your ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets. You will not be able to get your tickets without these items.
