Express Pickup Kiosk:
Located at the South West Entrance. Available for phone or internet orders only. Open approx 2 hours before the event for that days event only.

Manitoba Moose Games: Ticket Pickup is located at the Toyota Pickup Window.

Accessible Seating:

Wheelchair seating located at the top of sections 102, 105, 109, 112, and 117, as well as at the bottom of section 103.

General Rules:

Outside food or drink are not allowed. This is a non smoking venue. Customers with tickets in the 300 Level can not access the lower concourse. Customers will tickets in the 100 Level or 200 Level can not access the Upper Concourse. All patrons subject to pat down and search. Cameras and other recording devices are usually restricted.

NOTE: SECTION 103 is a PEANUT-RESTRICTED AREA. Patrons are not allowed to bring Peanuts into this section.

Children Rules:

Children under the age of two do not require a ticket if seated on the lap of a adult. This may vary depending on the event.

Miscellaneous:

There are 4 major entrances to the MTS Centre located at each corner of the building. The Portage Ave. and Donald St. intersection entrance is considered the main entrance to the central lobby. Here you will find the main box office/ticket windows and the gateway to the wide concourse that circles the building at street level.
