Directions

The venue is located in the heart of downtown on Portage Avenue, between Hargrave and Donald street. It is approximately 4 blocks from Portage and Main.

Parking

Parking is available at a wide variety of surface lots and parkades in the are generally priced between $7 and $15 per car. See mtscentre.ca for additional information.

Additional parking is also available at the Radisson Hotel (288 Portage Avenue) and various surface lots in the area. Limited street parking is also available.

Open: Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm

Saturday: 10am to 2pm

Box Office is also open 2 hours prior to all events and remains open until 1 hour after event start time.

Will Call

Will Call is located at all box office windows. Customers must present the credit card used and photo identification. Note that some orders cannot be picked up until the night of the show. Paperless tickets do not need to be picked up in advance; simply proceed to the gate if you have paperless tickets.

Accessible Seating

There are a number of accessible platforms that can be purchased by patrons who require limited mobility access. Please visit the box office or contact the charge by phone line for details. Note that Row 16 in the lower bowl has no stairs and may be a suitable option for some patrons.

General Rules

No professional cameras are allowed. No outside food or drink is allowed in the building. All patrons are subject to a search before entering. Paperless tickets require the purchaser to bring the actual credit card used and all members of the group in order to enter.

There are access restrictions on concourse access based on your section and seat. Customers with lower bowl tickets are not allowed to access the upper bowl, and customers with upper bowl tickets do not have access to the lower concourse.

Children Rules

Each event has specific rules; some events may require all patrons to have a ticket and others may allow free admission for 24 months and under. Please contact Ticketmaster for details regarding any specific event.

Miscellaneous

There are 3 entrances for Lower Bowl tickets on the main floor, and 2 entrances for upper bowl tickets located on the second floor. Floor tickets can enter via any main floor entrance or at a special entrance at the Portage and Donald corner.
