Directions:

The Jubilee Auditorium is located on the University of Alberta campus west of the University Hospital and south of the Butter Dome (Van Vliet Physical Fitness Centre).

Coming north on Highway #2 turn onto Whitemud Drive westbound. OR coming east on Highway #16 take Anthony Henday Drive south to Whitemud Drive eastbound. OR coming west on Highway #16 take Highway #14 south to Whitemud Drive westbound.
THEN
Take Whitemud Drive to 111th Street. North on 111th Street to 61st Avenue. East (right) on 61st Avenue to 109th Street. North (left) on 109th Street to 87th Avenue. East (left) on 87th Avenue - the Auditorium will be on your left after 114th Street.

Parking:

Construction projects next to the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium are underway. To accommodate both projects, the number of parking spots at the Jubilee Auditorium will be further reduced to 200 until the new car park is completed in late fall 2008.

What should I do?

* Arrive 30 minutes earlier than usual.
* Priority parking for Jubilee patrons is available at Varsity Field, Education and Stadium car parks. Cost is $4.
* Parking passes will be honoured at these lots.
* Additional parking is available at the U of A Hospital
underground car park (no priority for Jubilee patrons). Jubilee patrons will be asked to show their ticket stub to receive the $4 rate.
* Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Stadium car park for all performances.
* The existing number of handicapped spaces in the Jubilee parking lot will be maintained. Drop-offs at those doors will be limited to
DATS vehicles.
* The north-south accesses and the 114 Street access will remain in place during the construction of the car park and the clinic.
* Consider alternatives such as taking a taxi, sharing a ride, arranging for drop-off/pick-up or taking public transit.

The Jubilee Auditorium is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps available at the main and east entrances. Wheelchairs seating is ticketed and priced in accordance with each separate performance. Please be sure to specifically request a wheelchair space when calling the box office to purchase tickets.

Wheelchair patrons and one guest have the opportunity to purchase seating at the normal charge for an event and occupy seats together at a number of locations throughout the orchestra level, first balcony and in the pit seating. Since wheelchair spaces are limited, additional group members are not guaranteed seating near the wheelchair patron but we will make an effort to accommodate groups if availability allows it. In order to ensure that our patrons are comfortably seated, we recommend that you allow extra time to park and get to your seats before the performance is scheduled to begin.

Handicap parking is located just to the east of the building or wheelchair patrons may be dropped off at the main or east entrance ramps. The Auditorium does not provide wheelchairs to its patrons.
