There are 4 wheelchair spaces (4 in the orchestra section only). As of July 2, 2008 there will not be an elevator accessible from the Smithe St. entrance due to work being done to refurbish the existing one.

Everyone must have a ticket. Babes in arms (6 months and under) are admitted free but not encouraged.

For V.S.O. performances, when there is a guest pianist, patrons may wish to sit in the left or left centre orchestra as they will be more able to see the piano keyboard (although a perfect view cannot be guaranteed).
