On game day the box office will remain open until the 6th inning of the baseball game or until the end of regular business hours.

Please Note: The box office only sells tickets for Ottawa Lynx home games.

Limited wheelchair seating is available for all Ottawa Lynx games.

General Rules:

NO video cameras, food, cans, bottles or coolers may be brought into Lynx Stadium.

Smoking is PROHIBITED in all seating areas and restrooms. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.

Alcohol is prohibited from being brought into Lynx Stadium, but beer, wine and other alcoholic beverages are sold at specified concession stands throughout the stadium and in the restaurant. Purchases are limited to 2 (TWO) beers per person at a time and proof of age is required.

Children Rules:

Children under 2 years of age are admitted free if seated on an adult's lap.

Special non-alcoholic family sections are available. The non-alcoholic areas are sections AA rows N to R and section BB rows LL-RR

Doubleheaders:
All doubleheaders will begin at 6:05pm, while afternoon doubleheaders will start at 1:05 pm unless otherwise stated.
Gates will open 90 minutes before game time. The second game starts 20 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. Tickets for the date of the doubleheader admit the holder to both games.

Rainouts:
If fewer than 5 innings of a game (4 1/2 if the Lynx are ahead) are played on the date of your ticket, they may be exchanged at the box office for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any regular season game. All exchanges are subject to availability. NO refund for rainouts.
