There are more than 13,000 public parking spaces within immediate walking distance of the arena. During events, underground parking is generally for suiteholders only. Parking is not allowed in the west plaza unless authorized. Fans requiring accessible parking are asked to call (416)815-5743 in order to reserve a spot.
Accessible Seating:
The Air Canada Centre is fully accessible through all gates. All accessible seating is available through your local Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone or Ticket Centre. Patrons with accessible needs may also go directly to the Air Canada Centre Ticket Office to purchase their tickets.

Accessible Parking and Drop off:
Fans requiring accessible parking at Air Canada Centre are asked to call (416)815-5743 in order to reserve a spot. Fans who being dropped off by Wheel-Trans or private vehicles may do so on Bremner Boulevard on the west side of the building, nearest to Gate 5. For more information on accessing Air Canada Centre, please contact Fan Services at the venue at (416)815-5982, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Hearing Devices:
Available for Leafs and Raptors games. Currently unavailable for concerts.
Public Transportation:
Subway to Union Station. Walk south on Bay Street to the Air Canada Centre Galleria entrance.Box Office Hours:

Saturday: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
Open until event start time on the day of an event.

The Air Canada Centre ticket office does not sell on the first day of sales for events. All events are available for purchase at the Centre on the following business day.
