Parking is free in the Old Mill District and the Mt. Bachelor park & ride lots.

Handicapped Parking: Drop off is available at the Box Office. Parking only available in the Old Mill District.

Located in front of Main Entrance on the southwest side of the venue.

Accessible Seating:

For Wheelchair accessible seating, purchase general admission tickets. There is a designated area at stage right, for wheelchair patrons and one companion.

General Rules:

No re-entry, everyone will be subject to search upon entry.
No high back chairs or elevated seats allowed.
No smoking except in the designated venue areas.
No stage diving or crowd surfing.
No professional cameras (video or still), recording devices, alcoholic beverages, cans or bottles, fireworks, outside food or beverage, skateboards, frisbees, pets, picnic baskets, cooler ice chests, weapons, guns, knives, chains, explosives, laser pointers, unbreallas, instruments, tents, flags, bota bags, backpacks or large bags. If you are in doubt don't bring it.

Children Rules:

Children, 24 months and under are admitted free in the general admission lawn area. No one is free in the Golden Circle reserved seating areas.

All shows are rain or shine, no refunds.
General admission seating is on the lawn area, no chairs will be provided.

No outside food or beverage: a wide variety of food is available inside the venue. Beer/wine is available throughout the venue, must be 21 and over with a valid I.D.. All purchases are cash only, there is an ATM located inside the venue.

You may bring in an empty water bottle, and then fill it once you are inside the seating area at one of the water fountains.
