The Crown Center is conveniently located off US 301/Business 95 just 2 miles from Interstate 95 and the Fayetteville Regional Airport. The complex is easily accessed from Fort Bragg by the All-American Freeway to Owen Drive; from North Fayetteville and Downtown by the Martin Luther King Freeway to exit 100 and East Mountain drive or by US 301/Business 95.

The regular operating hours for the Crown Center Ticket Office are:
Hockey Season (Labor Day – April 15)
Monday – Friday: 10 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am – 2 pm
Sunday: Closed (unless there is an event)

Summer Hours (April 15 – Labor Day)
Monday – Friday: 10 am – 6 pm
Saturday: Closed on non-event days unless an event is scheduled to go on-sale.
Saturday Event On-sales: 10 am – 2 pm
